CHF Bootcamps are more than just 60 minute fitness sessions, it's a fitness community that accepts & supports everybody, its a place adults go to after work to switch off from the world, they train hard, sharing some laughs and leave smiling yet covered in sweat.
CHF has 3 trainers, both male and female, that all have their own styles and techniques to help you achieve your goals. We are all very passionate about our jobs and pride ourselves on the high level of attention and energy we bring to each session, this is what separates CHF trainers to your average local trainer. We are here to help you reach your goals not only through training, but by also helping you understand proper nutrition and implementing healthy habits into your daily life.
Whether you are new to training or have been into fitness for years, our positive yet down to earth approach to health & fitness will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time!
